Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MovieDM AI website, applications and services (the "Service") operated by MovieDM AI ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

## 1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure and be at least the age of digital consent in your country. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

## 2. Plans, credits and billing
- Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Each plan includes monthly credits. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of the billing period. Purchased credit packs do not expire while your account is active.
- Credits are reserved when an AI job starts and charged only when it completes. Failed or cancelled jobs release their reserved credits.
- Prices, credit costs and plan limits are shown in the product before you confirm a purchase or job.
- Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

## 3. Your content
You keep ownership of the stories, scripts, uploads and other material you provide ("Your Content") and of the outputs generated for you, subject to the terms of the AI provider that produced them. Each generated asset records the provider and model used so you can review the applicable licence. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display Your Content only to operate the Service for you.

## 4. AI outputs
AI outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to outputs created for other users. Visual consistency of characters across shots is not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or publishing them.

## 5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, sexualises minors, depicts real people in a deceptive or sexual way without consent, harasses or threatens others, or is designed to mislead (for example, impersonating real people in fabricated media). Voice cloning is only permitted with recorded consent of the voice owner and only where the provider supports it. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

## 6. Teams and templates
Team owners are responsible for the members they invite. Templates you publish to the marketplace must be your own work; we may review, reject or remove submissions.

## 7. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features that depend on third-party AI providers may be unavailable when those providers are.

## 8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

## 9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

## 10. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by e-mail or in the product before they take effect.

## 11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is established, unless mandatory consumer law where you live provides otherwise.
